Our Philosophy

A Story Told
Through Every Plate

Saffron was born from a singular conviction: that Indian cuisine, at its finest, belongs among the great culinary traditions of the world. We honour centuries of spice knowledge while pushing boundaries with modern technique.

"Every dish carries the memory of a grandmother's kitchen and the ambition of tomorrow's table."— Chef Arjun Kapoor, Founder

The Saffron Experience

More Than a Meal.
An Evening.

Every element of your visit — the light, the music, the service — is orchestrated with the same care as each dish.

Private Dining
Our private dining room seats up to 18 guests. Perfect for intimate celebrations, corporate dinners, and proposals. Customised menus on request.
02
Live Classical Music
Every Friday and Saturday evening, a live sitar and tabla ensemble performs from 8 PM. An atmosphere unlike any other in the city.
03
Sommelier Service
Our resident sommelier curates wine, sake, and non-alcoholic pairings for every course. 400-label cellar spanning six continents.
04
Special Occasions
Anniversaries, birthdays, proposals. Our team arranges custom floral arrangements, personalised menus, and surprise dessert presentations.
05
Chef's Table
Four seats at the pass — watch your meal being composed in real time. Available on select evenings only. Advance booking essential.
06
Dress Code
Smart formal or traditional Indian attire. We believe the way one dresses reflects respect for the craft of those who serve you.
